This Charming Town Just Outside Of Nashville Is A Must Visit
Located roughly thirty miles outside of Nashville, the city of Nolensville sits in a greenery clad hamlet dotted with darling homes and antique stores. It's a prime spot for a bit of coffee on a Saturday morning, complete with a rustling newspaper and a gravel crunching walk to the Amish grocery down the lane. If you're looking for a bit of Mayberry in Tennessee, we've found it.
Known as a top spot for barbeque, catfish, and the best kind of antiquing there is, Nolensville is a solid weekend visit for all the folks in your family.
The First Methodist Church of Nolensville provides the perfect southern backdrop for a sleepy little town.
Can we just talk about how picture perfect this is...? It looks like something out of a movie scene.
The darling grocery is located at the Nolensville Feed Mill, which makes for a perfect southern experience.
There are scads of different residents in Nolensville, some hopping on the freeway for the half hour jaunt to Music City in the mornings, the other stay-at-home parents or the self-employed.
The town was originally incorporated in 1838, and reincorporated in 1996. You can still see founder William Nolen's home even today.
We'd move here in a moment - and completely understand why the Nolen's decided to make this their home.
Just a peek at their thriving antiquing culture.
Nolensville is a see-it-to-believe-it town. You'll have a different experience every time you visit. Which means, visit! By all means visit - and often.
