The best part is, they actually catch the crabs themselves! Every day during the summer crab season they catch the crab and deliver it to the restaurant fresh and ready for customers to order!

The crabbing seasons are strict in Alaska, and the season doesn’t start for live crabbing until June 15.

But after June 15 they serve the freshest crab you can get in Alaska! Prior to June 15, the crab is still incredibly delicious, and still caught by them during the winter crabbing season!

Their cool little restaurant resides right down on the docks in Sitka.
