A Margaritaville Resort Is Coming To NYC In 2020

Coming to New York City in 2020, visitors of the Big Apple will have the opportunity to stay at a themed resort that’s built to create the ultimate casual getaway. Prepare yourselves, the next Margaritaville Resort is on its way!
A $300 million dollar project that’s currently in the works, by late 2020 New York City will have its very own Margaritaville Resort. Opening up in Times Square at 560 Seventh Avenue, the resort will have a total of 234 rooms that are set to have Caribbean-influenced style and decor.
The 29-story Margaritaville Resort will be the first one to arrive in the Northeast, with other resort locations currently located throughout the south in states like Florida and Tennessee. Like the other resorts that they have in the U.S., New York City’s Margaritaville will have a rooftop bar and grill, 5 o’Clock Somewhere Bar, Margaritaville restaurant, a pool and retail space set up in the lobby.
