The carrier has partnered with Equinox to offer free, limited-time sessions of “Sweatlag” classes. These are exercise sessions that are specifically tailored to help you get over that grouchy, sluggish feeling you have after switching time zones.

While we’re continuing to feature destinations that make our state wonderful, we don’t expect or encourage you to go check them out immediately. We believe that supporting local attractions is important now more than ever and we hope our articles inspire your future adventures! And on that note, please nominate your favorite local business that could use some love right now:

The promotion is connect to Delta’s new Airbus A350, which features bigger windows, better cabin pressure, and cool ambient lighting to help passengers fight jet lag while still in the air.

If you feel like taking advantage of these free classes, you’ll have to head to California. Specifically, stop in to participating Equinox facilities in West Hollywood, Westwood, and Marina del Rey with your Delta plane ticket or SkyMiles number.
