The One Mesmerizing Place In Texas Where Cherry Blossoms Abound

Cherry blossoms are some of the most beautiful trees in the world, and surprisingly enough, we have an abundance of them right here in Texas. The Dallas Arboretum hosts an annual springtime festival called Dallas Blooms, the largest floral festival in the American Southwest, where these breathtaking plants litter the 600+ acre botanical gardens in an awe-inspiring way.

Thousands of pink and white cherry blossoms dot the park during the spring and make for a vibrant, spectacular show that all can enjoy.

The festival's theme this year is "Peace, Love, and Flower Power," and will feature a different aspect of the 1960s each weekend.

Some of the events include '60s inspired live music, nostalgic food, art, and tea, just to name a few.

There will be informational signs about Japanese culture about the gardens to give visitors insight into the origin of these beautiful trees.

Other springtime activities include zumba classes, hula hoop contests, and mother/daughter tea time.

So if you want to experience one of the highest concentrations of cherry blossoms and tons of other activities, be sure to attend Dallas Blooms.
