You Can Rent This Entire Island In Wisconsin For Just $395 Per Night

Discover a private island retreat on Lake Winter, Wisconsin, featuring a luxurious chalet home perfect for large groups.

The rich and famous aren’t the only ones who can rent a private island. Turns out, the option is available to us Wisconsinites as well. That’s right; you can rent a private island – complete with a chalet home – right here in Wisconsin. Take a look:

Please note, this rental is no longer available.

Need a break from it all? Well, look no further than Lake Winter, which is where you’ll find this private island retreat.

Perfectly secluded, the 5-acre island is mostly undeveloped and about a 10-minute boat ride from the mainland.

But serene surroundings and privacy aren’t all you’ll find on the island. There’s also a beautiful chalet home.

Spanning 2,000 square feet, the house can accommodate up to 16 people, making it perfect for large families and groups of friends.

The luxe abode features a spacious living room and full kitchen.

There are four bedrooms in total, each as cozy and comfy as the next.

And since the house is equipped with amenities, like WiFi, central air, and satellite TV, you’re sure to feel right at home during your stay.

With lots of windows, you’ll be afforded exceptional views - indoors and out.

Of course, there are plenty of ways to soak up the surroundings outside. In addition to a roomy porch…

…there’s a large deck with a giant flat top grill.

The amenities aren’t limited to the indoors, though. Lake Winter is famous for excellent fishing. Of course, you could always just catch up on some R&R.

Being located on an island, a boat is required to get to the house (obviously). If you don’t have your own, you can rent a 20’ pontoon boat for an additional $150 per day or $700 per week.
