Opened in 2020, Camp Kettlewood is located in East Troy on 80 acres of old growth forest, shaded nature trails, and protected wetlands.

For years, from 1967 until 2018, the property belonged to the Girl Scouts of Wisconsin. And though the grounds have been revamped, there are still nods to its past, such as the campsite names, which are all original.

A great choice for the indoorsy and outdoorsy alike, the campsites at Camp Kettlewood consist of vintage trailers and platform tents.

Each campsite is set on its own one- to two-acre plot, ensuring all campers have their own private corner of the woods.

Taking the hassle out of camping, all campsites are ready upon arrival, so there’s no setting up or tearing down – all you have to do is show up and have fun!

And having fun is easy since you’ll be surrounded by all the amenities you’re accustomed to.

Whether staying in a camper or tent, you'll have access to electricity, a flushing toilet, coffee maker, and, probably best of all, a real bed.

The sites may offer all the comforts of home, but you can still enjoy some classic camping fun, thanks to fire pits and BBQ grills.

One amenity the campsites don’t include is WiFi; however, you likely won’t miss it.
