You Can Sleep and Drink Wine at This Airbnb in Virginia

Take, for example, a stunning cottage tucked away on a vineyard in Round Hill, Virginia. It's an under-the-radar vacation spot, and that's part of the charm. Welcome to Good Spirit Farm, a family-owned farm, winery, guest house, and event space on 42 beautiful acres in Loudoun County. Owners Mike and Luanne decided to pursue their passion for Virginia-grown wine in 2020, when they opened Good Spirit Farm. As stated on the website, visitors are invited to "Come out to Good Spirit Farm and raise a glass to pursuing one’s dreams." But you don't have to visit for just an hour or two—you can stay the night right on the vineyard when you book a stay at the farm cottage.

With two bedrooms and two bathrooms, this oh-so-charming space is suitable for up to four guests. The moment you step inside, you'll notice a classic yet decidedly modern country aesthetic. Picture windows let in abundant natural light plus breathtaking views of the surrounding farm, vineyard, and mountains beyond.

It's one of my favorite decor styles: clean, contemporary, and with lots of warmth. The home is outfitted with everything you'll need for a comfortable stay, including a fully-equipped kitchen, washer and dryer, bathtub, TV, and a dedicated workspace.

But the best amenity of all is the location. Even if you're not necessarily a wine enthusiast, you won't help but fawn over the stunning vineyard here, framed by an open sky and the Blue Ridge Mountains in the distance. If you do enjoy wine, there are plenty of spots to enjoy a glass, although the deck might be the winner.

Take a two-minute walk to the winery, where you can learn more about the process and sample some delicious wine. Not quite sure where to begin? The menu is very approachable, with flights for sampling either their red or white wines. You can also order by the glass or bottle once you've decided which is your favorite. By all accounts, the staff goes above and beyond to ensure a fantastic experience!
