In the heart of Utah, between Levan and Scipio, just 120 miles south of Salt Lake City, there’s a dreamy oasis you must see for yourself. Located inside Yuba State Park, Yuba Lake is a hidden gem beach known for boating, fishing, swimming, jet-skiing, paddling, and more. Camping is also a popular activity along the lake, and there is no better campsite than Sandy Beach. 

Situated on 350 acres of gorgeous lakefront, this slice of paradise is a great destination to create new memories. Here you’ll find 16 lodging sites, which include glamping tents, a tiny home, vintage Airstream trailers, glamping pods, and an adorable beach bungalow. If you prefer to bring your own RV or pitch a tent, Sandy Beach has 17 available spaces that are 55 feet long. While there are no hookups or Wi-Fi, the campground offers guests a comfortable stay.  

Amenities for the campsites vary depending on the space you rent. But all spaces have access to a fire pit, bathroom facilities, showers, and the most stunning lake views imaginable. Glamping accommodations feature modern conveniences like a comfy bed, sitting areas, electricity, heating, and cooling.  

With lodging that sleeps two to three guests, the retreat is great for small families or a romantic getaway. If you have a large group, book the RV or tent sites and bring up to 12 of your favorite people. Most RV spots can accommodate vehicles under 34 feet, such as travel trailers, fifth wheels, toy haulers, pop-up campers, and campervans. These pull-through spots allow slide-outs, too, but no Class A, B, or C RVs are permitted. The good news is you can bring your generator for extra comfort.
