This Missouri Farmhouse Airbnb Sits Near Wilson’s Creek

Whether you're a history buff or enjoy the great outdoors, Wilson's Creek National Battlefield in Republic, Missouri, offers a bit of everything. This was the site of the first major Civil War battle west of the Mississippi River and is one of the oldest tourist attractions in Missouri. Here you can walk or drive a 4.9-mile paved path with interpretive signs, hike several walking trails, explore the battlefield, view exhibits, and more. Comfort, style, and relaxation await in the primary bedroom with a king-sized bed. Open the door to your private patio, which overlooks a serene rural landscape. While this provides a peaceful, relaxing setting, if you must work or check emails while you're here, the bedroom has a nook with a wooden desk and chair.

The second bedroom has a set of bunk beds and a sofa bed for four guests. If you have children, this room is ideal. It also has a large walk-in closet to stow your luggage.

To fully experience the peaceful setting, head outdoors. You can either sit out on the deck off the primary bedroom or around the fire pit, with picture-perfect country views all around. Perhaps you'll even want to take a walk around the property. Harvest Hill Hideaway is a truly relaxing place to be, especially after spending a day at Wilson's Creek National Battlefield.
