The Magical Holiday Village In Maryland Where Everyone Is A Kid Again

Happy holidays, Marylanders! What are your plans for this festive season? We're especially excited to visit the following Christmas village, with festive boutiques, twinkling lights, and a whole lot of holiday-themed activities. Read on to learn more and plan your visit soon!

The Gaylord National Resort is located at Maryland's National Harbor. It's a great little getaway year-round and is perfectly situated among all of the harbor attractions.

Its centerpiece is this giant atrium with a view of the Capital Wheel. It becomes even more magical during the holiday season.

The atrium transforms into a glittering Christmas village, complete with twinkling trees, charming shops, and a dazzling light show with a "floating" tree.

While adults will enjoy perusing the shops, children can enjoy a ride on the Potomac Express train.

You can also visit the amazing ICE! display while you're here, which includes ice slides!

And this year, the Gaylord National Resort is also featuring an indoor ice rink. Put on a scarf and enjoy this nostalgic winter activity.
