Sewall Orchard sits on 46 acres in Lincolnville on Levensellar Mountain. The views are beautiful and the area is fantastic!
This is a lovely place to visit and there are a few options for an overnight stay, but we love the idea of spending the night in their treehouse. While it's really more of an apartment, one look at the trees surrounding the deck and you'll understand where it gets its name!
You'll enter by climbing up the steps. Keep in mind that these are fairly steep, so you'll want to be comfortable with the climb.
Upon entering you'll find the comfortable sitting area, which is perfect for enjoying some time relaxing.
There's also one bedroom, a pull-out single couch in the sitting area, a small bathroom with a shower, and a galley kitchen.
While not a 5-star hotel, this little treehouse apartment is perfect for one or two people looking to get away in a beautiful part of Maine.
In the winter things get even more peaceful. And there are plenty of snowy views to be had from inside.
When it's warm out, head to nearby Megunticook Lake for swimming and boating. Year-round, this is a great little spot to check out and enjoy!
The Treehouse at Sewall Orchard can be booked year-round. The price ranges from approximately $85 to $95 per night. You can learn more about the treehouse, the orchard and check availability by visiting their Airbnb listing.
We're always on the lookout for great places to spend a few days. Just miles from the Appalachian Trail, these rustic cabins offer the perfect Maine escape.
