Your favorite campground in Breaux Bridge has spent the last several months getting a facelift to reopen as Camp Margaritaville, just in time for camping season.

Even though you're in the heart of Cajun Country, you'll feel like you've been transported to a tropical oasis.

This seamless blend of Cajun-Caribbean will quickly become your go-to destination for camping in Louisiana. Camp Margaritaville has everything you need so you never need to leave the resort, including multiple dining options, a swim-up bar, and a convenience store for last minute supplies.

There are several RV slots available, ranging from buddy slots to waterfront views.

Every site includes a concrete pad, full hook-ups with 30/50 amp electric, sewer and water, 70+ channels of digital cable, a picnic table, and a fire pit. Pets are allowed, too, and there's also a special dog park, Barkaritaville, just for them!

Camp Margaritaville just also added several brand new cabins with everything you need for a comfortable stay.

Cabins can accommodate anywhere from 6-12 people and many offer waterfront views.

You won't be spending much time indoors, though.

In addition to the brand-new water playground, Camp Margaritaville guests can also lounge by the pool, enjoy the water slides, or the swim-up bar (if you’re old enough.) Non-aquatic activities include several sports courts including pickleball as well as a mini golf course. Dinosaur lovers of all ages will enjoy a visit to Prehistoric Park just down the road from Camp Margaritaville. This special park offers a chance to stroll through larger-than-life (and very realistic) replicas of all your favorite dinosaurs.

Whether you want to spend your day catching rays or catching fish, Camp Margaritaville will soon become your new favorite getaway destination.
