There’s A Haunted Saloon Underneath The Historic Wolf Hotel In Kansas

We've all heard our share of haunted cemetery stories, but those sound a little easy to craft. Cemeteries at night are already full of resting places, so it's easy to feel a little creeped out when you visit one. However, this haunted saloon under this small town in Kansas is sure to scare a fright into people. That is — if you see anything worth being scared about!

Welcome to the historic Wolf Hotel, a spot in small-town Ellinwood that's a little more creepy than you might initially assume.

This beautiful hotel is a great place to visit, tour, and learn the local history as you search for paranormal happenings.

These underground tunnels used to house brothels, bars, gambling houses barber shops, and more. Much of it is closed to the public, but the part you can see is — quite frankly — a little creepy.

In particular, there is a display of old dolls that might give any suspicious person a shiver.

Though the bar is beautifully restored and still feels true to the era, some have discovered small out of place sounds, moving shadows, and ghosts that seem to interact with equipment. After all, it makes sense that some of the lives passing through here would have left their mark.
