Cape Henlopen State park covers 5,193 acres. Its beaches are legendary, and the scenery here is just stunning.

The beach offers plenty of amenities, including modern bathhouse with showers, umbrella rentals, food concessions and lifeguards from Memorial Day through Labor Day.

Climb the observation tower, a WWII-era tower that offers some amazing views.

The beauty of the scenery at Camp Henlopen State Park is unparalleled.

Take a stroll along the path near Gordon's Pond, an easy 2.6 mile hike with some pretty overlooks. This is one of several trails at the park.

The campground is located at 15411 Campground Road in Lewes.

The campground offers spots for RVs, and has a special tent-only loop.

Tent sites are just $35/night for Delaware residents.
