Located near - you guessed it! - Sterling, North Sterling State Park is billed as being a "gateway to fun and relaxation"... and for a good reason!

Spanning an incredible 5,700 acres of pristine prairie, North Sterling State Park is truly the place to be for relaxing, thanks to its vast grasslands and wildlife sightings, clear skies, and quiet that you will only find along the plains.

In addition to the grasslands and open landscape, North Sterling State Park is also home to the 3,000-acre North Sterling Reservoir, the perfect place for boating, fishing, or playing in the sand.

Daily admission to North Sterling State Park is $9 per vehicle per day. The Park is open year-round.

The Elks Campground at North Sterling State Park is open year-round and costs $36 for an electric hook-up campsite.

Inlet Grove & Chimney View Campgrounds are open May 1st through September 30th, with Inlet costing $36 for an electric hook-up campsite and Chimney View offering basic campsites for $28.
