1. January: Ouray
In the wintertime, there is no better place to be than Ouray and no better place to stay than this cozy, private mountain hideaway! Featuring two bedrooms and two bathrooms, this mountain home can comfortably sleep six guests and boasts incredible views and a relaxing hot tub on the patio. What more could you want?
2. February: Steamboat Springs
February is the month of love, so get ready to fall in love with the perfect Red-tail Round House. Grab your honey and escape to this intimate one-bedroom, one-bathroom cabin with 360-degree views (including in the dining area!) and easy access to incredible outdoor recreation.
3. March: Lamar
While everyone else heads west for spring break, we invite you to head east to the small and quiet town of Lamar. Welcome to the O'Bryans' Copper Cabin at the River Place, a newer cabin that has two bedrooms and one bathroom, plus views of the resident farm animals and famous Eastern Plains sunsets.
4. April: Denver
Spring is in the air, and baseball is in full swing, so get a place downtown and partake in America's favorite pastime! Located within two miles of Coors Field, this luxurious private condo houses two bedrooms and one bathroom, plus an updated modern kitchen and HGTV-esque decor. (You may never want to leave - don't say we didn't warn you!)
5. May: Durango
Southwest Colorado gets busy in the summer, so beat the crowds by visiting in the late spring! Your base camp for this exciting and historic area is Durango and this charming in-town townhouse! Housing two bedrooms and three bathrooms, the new build boasts an easy walk to downtown and easy access to nearby attractions.
6. June: Mancos
There is never a wrong time to visit Mancos! However, we are partial to visiting in the summer, especially when a wrap-around deck, lake access, and mountain views are involved! Enter this private home on Summit Lake, which is one of the best places to stay in the area. Here, you'll find four bedrooms, three bathrooms, and views as far as the eye can see. Wow!
7. July: Alamosa
Have you visited the Great Sand Dunes? Yes, it is a desert, and yes, it can get warm in the summer, but we still recommend visiting during this time and having a comfortable home to return to after a long day of exploring. The Campus Cottage in Alamosa is the perfect place for all of the above, as the cozy home — which features one bedroom and one bathroom — is about as comfortable and homey as it gets.
8. August: Palisade
It's peach and wine season here in Colorado, so it is time to venture to the Western Slope to get first dibs on each! After visiting the vineyards, buying boxes of peaches, and hiking around the plateaus, you will want to relax at your gorgeous retreat with views of the Grand Mesa. From the hot tub with great mountain views to the three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and modern kitchen, you will never want to leave this fun and adorable home.
9. September: Estes Park
Before the weather gets too cold, you will want to take a road trip to the north-central part of Colorado to the tiny town of Estes Park! As you may already know, it’s home to the Rocky Mountain National Park, arguably one of the most beautiful places in the Centennial State. To make your experience even more memorable, stay the night at the peaceful riverfront mountain cabin in Estes Park. The views are literally out-of-this-world!
10. October: Aspen
It's the most colorful time of the year in Colorado, and there is no better place to enjoy the changing colors than the iconic Aspen! When you aren't out hiking and enjoying fall in Colorado, kick back in this three-bedroom, two-bathroom Aspen Alps condo with a bright and spacious living area plus your own pool and hot tub!
11. November: Colorado Springs
Let's just say the holiday season is upon us, and Colorado Springs has tons of excellent shopping and entertainment options. Where does one stay in the big city? We highly recommend this beautiful one-bedroom cottage that is a short walk from downtown.
12. December: Georgetown
It's beginning to look a lot like Christmas, which means that the place to be is Georgetown and its old-time Christmas Market. After eating chestnuts, sipping cocoa, and taking a horse-drawn carriage ride, enjoy a great night's sleep at the four-bedroom, two-bathroom Colorado Chalet.
