What else is there to do in Antelope Valley in Southern California?

If you are headed out to the Poppy Reserve in Antelope Valley, extend your day or weekend trip and visit the DryTown Water Park which has the most incredible lazy river you could imagine. Grab a rube and relax as you float along this epic 925-foot long river that takes you through the lushly landscaped scenery around the park. Just check DryTown's Facebook page for updates on opening dates and hours. If you are in the mood to hike more after visiting the poppy reserve, head to Whitewater Preserve located in White Water near Palm Springs. This gorgeous 2,800-acre park has a water oasis and is one of the most remote places to visit in SoCal. 

Where can I find more flowering fields in Southern California?

In the fall, you can head down to San Diego and visit the sunflower fields at Pumpkin Station. This farm allows you to meander the fields and even pick your own sunflowers to take home.
