Fall is FINALLY in the air here in the Mount Rushmore State, and we are literally counting down the days until we can partake in festivals, pumpkin picking, and – of course – corn mazes! Speaking of corn mazes, did you know that South Dakota is chock-full of these festive fall farms? To get your fill, we recommend checking out all 5 of these awesome South Dakota corn mazes and fall-time obstacle courses:
1. Yogi Bear's Jellystone Park (Sioux Falls)
If you thought Jellystone Park was epic before, wait until you visit it in the fall when temperatures are cool, and the park is filled with pumpkin picking, special Halloween events, and their iconic Yogi Bear corn maze! Admission to the maze costs $8 for adults and $5 for kids and includes not only the maze but a jumping pillow and visit with Yogi himself.

2. Spearfish Corn Maze & Pumpkin Patch (Spearfish)
Open on weekends from September through Halloween is the Spearfish Corn Maze, which offers a lot more than just your regular maze. In addition to the maze itself, this Spearfish attraction boasts a pumpkin patch, petting zoo, slides, barrel train, and more. Admission to the maze costs $10 for adults and $8 for children.

3. Heartland Country Corn Maze (Harrisburg)
One of SoDak's favorite corn mazes is located in (and aptly named) the Heartland Country. Open weekends from early August through mid-October, the Heartland Country Corn Maze takes approximately one hour to complete and costs $8 for adults and $5 for children.

4. Lil' Harvester's Pumpkin Patch (Rapid City)
For one of the cutest family attractions in all of SoDak, Lil' Harvester's is the place to be! From picking your perfect pumpkin to a super-fresh farmer's market to a short and sweet corn maze, you will never forget your visit to Lil' Harvester's. Lil' Harvester's Pumpkin Patch costs $10 per person and includes all of the on-site activities (with pumpkins at an additional cost).

5. Fall in the Park (Yankton)
Taking place every September, Fall in the Park is Yankton's popular fall festival that features food vendors, live music, games, and - though not in corn - obstacle courses and mazes! Please note: This year's Fall in the Park takes place on September 21, 2019.
