Spanning 120-feet-long, 9-feet-wide, and 8-feet-high, the Edgemont City Park Covered Bridge was completed less than 10 years ago and stands in the same spot as the original 1890’s bridge.
Though the original bridge fell into a state of disrepair and had to be removed eventually, the bridge standing in its place today is a lovely tribute to these nostalgic structures.
While the Covered Bridge is a must-visit year-round, it manages to come to life even more in the fall when the leaves on the surrounding trees begin to change into a vibrant yellow.
When you visit the Covered Bridge, be sure to also walk around the Park itself; you will not be disappointed!
