The Seafood Alone Is Worth A Trip To This Italian Restaurant In South Dakota
When you think of Italian food, you probably think of red sauce and pasta - staples like lasagna and spaghetti with meatballs. But Italy is a country with a large coastline and tons of delicious seafood. Here's an Italian restaurant in Rapid City that offers some of the best Italian seafood dishes you'll ever taste.
Botticelli Ristorante is located at 523 Main Street in Rapid City. This family-owned gem serves up some of the best Italian food in the state.
The interior is warm and inviting, and the service here is exceptional. You'll feel just like family in this cozy, little restaurant.
If the weather is warm enough, you'll enjoy the patio dining.
The specialty at Botticelli's is the cioppino.
This garlicky, flavorful Italian stew includes salmon, scallops, prawns, mussels, clams, calamari, tomatoes, basil and garlic.
You won't find more flavorful, seafood-packed cioppino anywhere else.
If you prefer fish, try the salmone alla griglia.
The salmon is topped with sundried tomato and mushrooms. Botticelli also offers fresh fish of the day, every day.
If you'd prefer a piping-hot bowl of fettuccine Alfredo with prawns, they've got that, too.
Botticelli uses the freshest seafood, so every dish is delicious.
This is the linguine carciofi con gamberoni, which is prawns, tomatoes, artichoke hearts, zucchini and garlic on a bed of linguine.
The restaurant offers more than 200 wines, so you'll certainly find the perfect pairing.
Of course, you can't leave until you've enjoyed some cannoli.
Visit Botticelli seven days a week.
The restaurant is open for lunch Monday - Friday from 11:00 AM to 2:30 PM, then dinner from 5 PM to 9 PM. On Saturday and Sunday, it's open from 8 AM to 9 PM.
