Here we go, tempting you with food you just won't be able to resist! Sorry (but, not really). The Palmetto State has more than its fair share of "scrumpdiddlyumptious" eateries. Here's a list to get you started:

1. The CODFATHER - North Charleston

The Codfather (1809 Reynolds Ave) in North Charleston knows how to dish up a proper fish & chips! Firstly it's huge. And secondly it's so good you'll wanna slap your mama. That's scrumpdiddlyumptious!

2. SunnySide Cafe - Clemson

This hip and casual eatery in Clemson, at 402 College Avenue, is a bright and cheery spot to have a farm fresh breakfast with a side of Joe. They're only open for breakfast and lunch, and closed on Mondays.

3. Palmetto Oyster House - Sumter

If you love seafood, then the Palmetto Oyster House is about to become your new best friend. Aside from delish oyster entrees, you can also order up other standards, like the Seafood Boil, or this Cajun Crawfish Po'Boy! Yum! Find them at 415 W Wesmark Blvd.

4. BisQit - Pawleys Island

Southern comfort is the theme of the menu at this Pawleys Island eatery. There's nothing more deliciously southern for breakfast than a chicken and egg biscuit with bacon! Find them at 10880 Ocean Hwy in Pawleys Island.

5. Lee Lee's Hot Kitchen - Charleston

I am a total hot food freak - so when a restaurant puts "Hot" in their name you can bet I'm trying it. But Lee Lee's serves more than spicy Chinese; they also have other faves, like the Mu Shu Pork shown here. Find them in Charleston at 218 President Street.

6. The Turtle Shell - Mauldin

Located next to Sherwin Williams in Mauldin, The Turtle Shell is a great go-to spot for anything from burgers to pasta. Dont forget to save room for dessert! You'll find them at 306 N Main Street.

7. Townhouse Restaurant - Georgetown

Fine dining in a casual atmosphere, that's the best way to describe Townhouse. Oh, and since you're in Georgetown you can just know the seafood is fresh and tasty! If you're not into seafood, then Townhouse has other options, like lamb and beef. Find them right on Front Street in Georgetown at #724.

8. Tin Lizzy's - Columbia

This taqueria and cantina in Columbia is known for their tacos and margaritas, but don't be surprised if you find your buddies all grazing off your beautiful plate, especially if you order the nachos shown here! Better order double of everything! Find them in Columbia at 700 Gervais Street.

9. B&B Restaurant - Darlington

Hit the buffet at B&B Restaurant in Darlington to load up on faves like delicious fried chicken and veggies. You'll find them in the brown house at 1536 South Main Street.

10. Antonio's Italian Eatery - North Augusta

Who among us can say "no" to an authentic Italian pie like this one? Not me! Get yours in North Augusta at Antonio's located 336 Georgia Avenue.

11. Dukes Barbecue - Walterboro

Folks drive from all over and then willingly stand in line at Dukes. The food is just THAT good. See for yourself! You'll find them in Walterboro at 949 Robertson Blvd.

12. Clark’s Seafood & Chop House - Little River

Clarks is located right on a marina with great water views. If you're craving a scrumpdiddlyumptious surf and turf, then Clarks is the place! You'll find them in Little River at 720 US 17 South.

13. The Cyclone - Chester

This Chester icon opened 40 years ago. Locals already know about the great variety on the menu and how great everything is. Find everything from Greek (shown above) to Mexican. And if you just want a burger and fries, you can get that here too! Find them in Chester at 249 Columbia Street.
