Rhode Island Daffodil Days Will Have Over 1,300,000 Flowers In Bloom This Spring

April brings with it a few things – showers, as the old saying goes – and Newport’s Daffodil Days, an epic month-long celebration that boasts a jam-packed calendar of events and promises fun for all ages.
Daffodil Days kicks off on April 1, 2023, from noon to 1 p.m. with opening ceremonies hosted at the Clarke Cooke House. The event will feature a musket salute, activities, and live music.
A full menu of fun awaits the entire month, which also features Newport Restaurant Week. Perhaps the most delicious week of the year, it runs from April 14-23, 2023, and individual restaurants will feature “Daffy Deals.”
