Mark your calendar, because you don’t want to miss the 38th Annual Charlestown Seafood Festival, slated for Friday, Aug. 4 through Sunday, Aug. 6, 2023.
Admission for this fun seafood festival in Rhode Island is $12 unless you are 10 years old and under, and then you pay only zero dollars. Seniors 65 and older and military members pay just $9.
This event brings it all, including live bands, a rock-climbing wall, arts and crafts, and face painting.
Also, don't forget about the exciting Classic Car Show at this Rhode Island seafood festival.
And that’s just the beginning of the action-packed weekend that will also feature carnival rides and a kid's zone.
Of course, you'll find lobsters here among some of your favorite seafood, such as steamers, fish & chips, clam cakes, and a cool raw bar with some yummy shellfish.
Or some New England clam chowder with hushpuppies can hit the spot too.
While seafood may be the main attraction at the festival, you’ll also find scores of other favorites — fries, shaved ice, poutine, and a whole lot more.
And lots of sugary desserts like this table of love will be available.
And if you love fireworks, head over to the festival on Saturday, Aug. 5, when an epic fireworks show kicks off at 9 p.m.
A rain date is scheduled for Sunday.
This seafood festival, one of the premier food festivals in New England, will take place at Ninigret Park where you can camp in your RV.
