Andy Perugino’s Restaurant, a charming yet low-key Italian restaurant in Luzerne, has been dishing up homemade, authentic meals for more than seven decades.

Passed down through four generations, the quaint Italian restaurant earns rave reviews for its friendly service and downright delicious food. However, be forewarned – the portions are huge. Go hungry, or expect lots of leftovers.

The popular Italian eatery only serves dinner, so you’ve got all day to work up a hearty appetite. Still, you’ll probably face quite the challenge when it comes to deciding what to order.

Kick off your meal with a tasty appetizer. Shrimp cocktail, stuffed mushrooms, and homemade breadcrumbs promise the perfect prelude to a scrumptious meal.

An Italian meal certainly wouldn’t be complete without a fresh salad or a cup of piping hot soup. Scoop into such classics as minestrone, pasta Faggioli, or the soup of the day.
