Snow in Portland is never a given. While we do get an occasional snowstorm (see 2016), most of the time if you want to go snow tubing, you are going to need to plan a trip to the mountain. Mt. Located just about an hour to the east of Portland directly off US-26, Mt Hood Skibowl is an easily accessible destination to get started on your winter fun.
A myriad of groomed tube hills awaits, and two conveyor lifts will drop you at the top of the hills so that all your energy is spent having fun — not climbing to the top of the hill.

The Skibowl Snow Tube and Adventure Park is located at Skibowl East. Rates vary based on length of time and time of day, with Cosmic Tubing being slightly more expensive than daytime tubing.
