They are essentially large dumplings, which can be made with a variety of fillings. Bao means precious treasure in Chinese for good reason!
This small restaurant has a strong following in Eugene for both dining in and takeout. You’ll enjoy friendly, welcoming service along with delicious eats. I loved all the dumplings and other items we ordered when I was there with my family — and I look forward to going back soon for another meal!
