The Pierogies At Julek’s Polish Kitchen In Oregon Are Made From Scratch Every Day

Welcome to Julek's Polish Kitchen! This little restaurant got its start in 2012, and it's been serving authentic Polish food ever since.

The restaurant is located in a shopping center, but once you step inside, you'll enjoy a cozy atmosphere and excellent service.

The owner, Bogusia was born and raised in Poland, and she creates age-old family recipes here with her daughter, Aniela.

The restaurant is named for Bogusia's father, Tomasz Uminski, whose nickname was "Julek," which means "big heart." He was a well-loved man who helped out in his community. Though he passed away in 2010, the owners of Julek's Polish Kitchen hope to honor him by upholding his values and contributing to the community of Talent.

Everything on the menu here is created with authentic flavors, using locally-sourced, organic ingredients whenever possible. All of the dishes on the menu are delicious, but guests here go crazy over the pierogies.

Just like all of the dishes, the pierogies are made from scratch, fresh every day.

Enjoy these little Polish dumplings filled with spinach and garlic, potato and cheese, sauerkraut and mushroom, or seasoned chicken. Enjoy a serving of four pierogies as an appetizer...
