Del Rancho has made quite a name for itself over the last six decades for its original steak sandwich supreme. Del Rancho started in 1961 and the owner knew he needed one signature item for his restaurant that wasn't like anything else.

So over the next three years, he perfected the steak sandwich and launched it in 1964. The rest is history because everyone loved it and spread the word.

Today, there are nine locations in Oklahoma, one of which is in Tahlequah at 4800 South Muskogee.

Del Rancho has also perfected the chicken fried steak which models its sandwich. It's breaded and fried to perfection and has just the right amount of flavor.

The menu has a great variety of other items for all taste buds The Tahlequah Taco is a big hit with patrons. It is Indian fry bread layered with chili and beans and topped with all this yumminess.

They also serve breakfast and offer hearty portion sizes. You'll find all your favorites on the breakfast menu and everything is very reasonably priced.
