Located on Franklin Avenue in the heart of Downtown Kent, Over Easy at the Depot is a classic diner housed in an old train depot. The building retains the classic features of yesteryear, such as old signage and original windows, and dining here truly is an experience.
In fact, the diner/depot sits beside an active railroad track, and trains regularly pass by the patio on their regular routes, which only adds to its charms.
In standard diner fashion, you'll find a robust menu of burgers and sandwiches. We bet you'd never guess this delicious-looking number was a homemade black bean burger!
Of course, brunch is a BIG deal at Over Easy... literally! Their standard pancakes are 13 inches in diameter, and hungry diners who want "it all" can order a pancake flight with three of these bad boys!
Though if you're in the mood for something savory to start your day, folks rave about the omelettes. Served with melted cheese and crispy home fries? Swoon!
