Completed in 1920, this four-story, 24,000 square-foot villa has multiple areas to hold a reception– all equally opulent. Brides can have a fairytale wedding in this Italian Renaissance-style villa. This mountain ranch, located at the south end of the Cascade Mountain Range and north of Lake Almanor, is a picturesque place to get married. Weddings at Lassen Meadows Ranch take place under a pergola overlooking a small lake surrounded by pine trees. The 160 acre ranch is totally off-the-grid. It is powered by a 1920s era Pelton Wheel that has been modernized. With two cabins on the property and tons of activities, they’ve hosted multi-day affairs. Some of the property was damaged in the Dixie Fire, but they are hoping to reopen in 2023.

Included in their wedding package is a bar, tables and chairs, deluxe catering, onsite parking, security, a private area for dressing, and use of the ranch house, which has 18 bedrooms for guests. You can bring your own photographer or the ranch can supply you with one. The breathtaking vistas at this ranch are unparalleled.

On the property, guests have access to the 1000-year-old redwood forest (a great place for photos!), a reclaimed 19th century barn, countless nature paths, elaborate balconies, and much more! This humble venue in the Sierra Foothills is on a meadow with two barns, both from the 1930s. There are 67 acres on which to hold your wedding and reception. The ranch has a creek running through it, and is sprinkled with rock formations that make the setting rugged yet peaceful. Somerset is located in El Dorado County, a rural area covered in beautiful oak and pine trees.

On 100 acres of forest, this dreamy property near Yosemite is a nature-lovers paradise. There are several venues to hold a wedding and reception within this one resort. There is a forest that accommodates up to 300 guests; a garden and pond that accommodates up to 300 guests; Aurora Point, where you can get married under a pergola, holds up to 500 guests; Wildewood Hall, a beautiful wooden lodge, holds 150 guests; and Moonfall, a small stone and wood cabin that holds 50 guests. There is just no way you can’t have fun here. The HideOut looks like something straight out of an old western movie. It’s located in the mountains of Kirkwood near Lake Tahoe, but secluded from neighbors and towns. There are no time restraints if you book this venue, so you and your guests can party all night. The HideOut sleeps 16 guests, not including the bride and groom. The property also allows camping for up to 30 adults.
