This place holds an annual event on the very last day of the year where you can visit it with the entire family for free and enjoy special activities and more. Head down to the Red River Zoo for their annual Zoo Years Eve event on December 31, 2019. On the final day of the year, you can visit it entirely for free from 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM.
Inside the carousel building, there will be plenty of booths set up with fun things to do, hands-on learning, and more. Both kids and adults will have plenty to do to celebrate the end of the year.
You can also view animals like the gray wolves in their habitats, and explore the beautiful features of the Red River Zoo. It's not just the event activities going on, the whole zoo is open with special hourly countdowns to the new year.
