A fresh pasta restaurant in North Carolina, Bombolo, has been in business for a little more than a year bringing the handmade love to Chapel Hill. It is owned by siblings Executive Chef Garret Fleming and Pastry Chef Eleanor Lacy.  According to them – this is not an Italian restaurant or a fine-dining restaurant, they are just Bombolo, and every dish at Bombolo starts with a story.
