Indigo Cafe's ambiance is truly second to none. If you sit outside, you'll feel like you're in an enchanted forest under the trees on a beautiful patio. Inside is even more magical with ambient lighting and warm fireplaces. This Corrales restaurant is one of the most inviting around.

After you settle into this cozy space, dig into an appetizer.

One of the main draws of this spot is their bread. Each meal starts with a garlic-infused bread that's perfect to eat throughout your whole meal. This bread has cloves cooked right in it! Another great start is a fresh salad, but the menu changes often as Indigo only uses the freshest, seasonal ingredients.

For your entree, the menu varies but many options include seafood.

Despite New Mexico being completely trapped by land, you can find some incredible seafood, and Indigo Crow arguably has the best mussels in the state. Other favorites are lobster ravioli, seared scallops, and their bucket of lobster tails.

If you're looking for something a little more New Mexico, their green chile cheeseburger is where it's at.

Indigo Crow takes a unique twist on their green chile cheeseburger. Theirs is called the "Chef Hobo Burger" and instead of incorporating green chile as a topping, the bun is cooked with green chile and cheese. Then, a rich stew is put upon the juicy burger. This is truly an interesting take on one of our favorites.

No matter what you pick, it's sure to be delightful and delicious every time.
