Edison, NJ is one of my personal hunting grounds when it comes to great, cheap eats. This international township is one of the most diverse places in the state, with large Asian immigrant enclaves making their mark on the area – and opening countless delicious restaurants! One of those is the best noodle shop in Edison, NJ – Wonton Guy. You might have passed this one by a dozen times and not seen it, because it’s tucked into a nondescript storefront in a strip mall, minutes away from the sprawling H-Mart supermarket. Inside, it’s a true hole-in-the-wall, with only ten tables. But they’re normally packed at lunchtime, doing a brisk business in take-out and dine-in orders, because the Hong Kong-style noodle soups served here are a delicious, filling treat.
