Here Are 10 Things You’ll Never Catch Anyone From New Jersey Doing

There are lots of things that most New Jerseyans do... We shop at malls, we eat at diners and we spend summers at the shore. There are also quite a few things that we just don't do in the Garden State. Here are 10 things you'll never catch anyone from New Jersey doing.

1. Laughing when you say "Joisey."

Unless it's maniacal laughter right before we... fuggedaboutit. Kidding, of course. See... we do have a sense of humor - Joisey is just not funny.

2. Calling the Jets and Giants New York teams.

We know better.

3. Agreeing on the border between North and South Jersey.

Everyone seems to have a different opinion on the subject.

4. Or the existence of Central Jersey.

This topic is sure to start an argument. I'd love to hear what you think in the comments. Where are the following towns located? New Brunswick, Trenton, Asbury Park, Brick.

5. Pumping our own gas.

Not only do we not need to (yay!), but it's actually illegal.

6. Speaking with an accent.

7. Not having an opinion.

Pork Roll. Taylor Ham. The beach. The shore. Springsteen. Bon Jovi. QuickChek. Wawa. We've got an opinion about everything and aren't afraid to share our thoughts.

8. Driving the speed limit.

Especially on the highway. We always seem to be in a hurry.

9. Enjoying pizza, bagels or tomatoes out-of-state.

10. Not having state pride.

Sure, we may complain about a few things (taxes...) but we can't help but brag about our beautiful beaches and parks, multitude of museums, talented musicians, culture, diversity, attractions, charming small towns and much, much more.
