There’s no better way to enjoy summer in New England than by enjoying a fantastic meal on a waterfront patio. New Hampshire may not have the biggest coastline in the region, but between Seacoast spots and lakefront restaurants, we have plenty of options for dining with a view. Here are 10 of our favorites, in no particular order.

1. The Oar House, Portsmouth
This Portsmouth mainstay is in a historic Merchant's row location, but you'd be missing out if you sat inside. The deck has incredible views of the ocean, and you'll enjoy delightful food and drinks while you stare out to sea. Visit at 55 Ceres St, Portsmouth, NH 03801.
2. Tuna Striker Pub, Seabrook

3. Martingale Wharf, Portsmouth

4. Latitude's at Wentworth, New Castle
Wentworth by the Sea's restaurant Latitudes has a gorgeous teak deck - it's very class and New England, and the perfect place to enjoy a meal and watch the boats come in and out. You'll find it at 588 Wentworth Rd New Castle, NH 03854.
5. Shibley's at the Pier, Alton Bay
Shibley's has a deck on Winnipesaukee that simply can't be beat - and consistently good food. Check it out at 42 Mt Major Hwy, Alton Bay, NH 03810.
6. Ledge Water Steakhouse, Bristol
The deck at Ledge Water isn't directly on the water, it's up above it - which means you'll get the most spectacular views of Newfound Lake. Time your dinner for sunset for a meal you won't forget. They're located at 77 Ravine Dr Bristol, NH 03222.
7. BG's Boathouse, Portsmouth
BG's is a classic with two outdoor decks, and if you a have a boat you can pull right on up to the dock. It's the perfect spot for some comfort food and a cold one. Set your sails for 191 Wentworth Rd Portsmouth, NH 03801.
8. Wolfetrap Grill and Rawbar, Wolfeboro
Enjoy a lobster dinner or the raw bar right on the lack at this laid-back seasonal treasure. Find it at 19 Bay St, Wolfeboro, NH 03894.
9. The River House, Portsmouth
