There’s nothing quite like a summer day spent on the lake. Whether you love swimming, boating, or just spending some time looking out over the water from the shore, Lake Winnipesaukee is a go-to destination for fun in the sun in New Hampshire. While we love the days that have us showering off the lake water at dusk, we also love this new way to enjoy the scene. This floating restaurant in New Hampshire is something you won’t want to miss this summer.

Lake Winnipesaukee offers something you won't find at any other lake in the state!
Its very own floating restaurant and bar meant to keep the good people of New Hampshire well-fed and hydrated while they spend long summer days out on the lake!
The Dive is powered by two 250-horsepower outboard motors. And it stays in place using "spuds," four pillars that go into the ground to keep everything solid and secure.
It has two bathrooms, a kitchen, a bar downstairs and a bar and lounge area upstairs.
The bar is extensive, but the food is great too. They offer smaller bites like soft pretzels and shrimp cocktail. For larger meals get the burger, lobster roll, or chicken tenders.
And at night, you'll find it easily accessible by land at the pier. Whatever time of day you decide to visit, you'll be surrounded by good vibes, great food, and fun drinks!
The Dive is open at the sandbar for boaters throughout the summer as long as the weather cooperates. At night, you can find it docked at the Winnipesaukee Pier which is accessible by land. Learn more through their website or on Facebook. Address: 263 Lakeside Avenue, Laconia, NH 03246.
Now that we can’t stop thinking of our next lake adventure, consider one that doesn’t involve food and drinks. Instead, how about a visit to the cleanest lake in the state? You can learn all about it right here!

In addition to the smell of ocean water in the air on rainy days in Portland, she loves puppies, photography, funny people, the Maine Red Claws, traveling, fresh tomatoes, Cambodia and filling out forms.
