But that’s not all – there’s also a 150-foot suspension bridge. This is one adventure worth embarking on, which is why spaces fill up fast, so reservations are a must. Read on for all the details.
Located in downtown Baileys Harbor, Lakeshore Adventures is Door County’s premier outdoor activity center, offering kayak tours, charter fishing, and…
…zip line canopy tours. But not just any canopy tours. At 2,000 feet, Lakeshore Adventures treetop canopy tour is Door County’s longest.
The treetop tour offers more than endless thrills, though.
Visitors are also afforded exceptional views of the Ridges Sanctuary, Moonlight Bay, and Cana Island.
The fun begins with a climb up a 35-foot-tall platform tower. Once at the top, you’ll soar 450 feet across the treetops to the first of two towering pine platforms.
Next up, you’ll zip over a beautiful pond and then meander across a massive 150-foot suspension bridge.
With a 600’ side-by-side racing zip line, the last stretch of the canopy course may just be the most exhilarating.
It's also the perfect opportunity for a little friendly competition.
Tackling the treetop canopy course usually takes about one hour – and that’s in addition to a 15-minute pre-flight check-in.
A high-flying adventure that offers thrills like no other, the treetop canopy tour fills up fast, so reservations are required and must be made in advance.
