This list of six easy-access waterfalls dotted around West Virginia is either right off the road or easily reached from a short, level trail or boardwalk. Sometimes tracking down a few roadside waterfalls in West Virginia is more fun because you can see more great sights in one day.
1. Cathedral Falls (Gauley Bridge)
Cathedral Falls in Gauley Bridge is the ultimate easy-access waterfall...because you can drive right to it! This impressive roadside attraction is located on U.S. Route 60 just southeast of the town of Gauley Bridge. This stunning waterfall in West Virginia is definitely one of the best on this list.

2. Blackwater Falls (Blackwater Falls State Park)
Another epic addition to this list is Blackwater Falls. This is no doubt West Virginia's favorite waterfall, and it's also easily reachable via a short boardwalk trail! Come see why this is one of the best state parks in West Virginia - waterfalls and all!
3. Sandstone Falls (Hinton)
Another West Virginia favorite, Sandstone Falls is also easily accessible via a pleasant boardwalk trail. This waterfall hike in West Virginia is one of the best, too - which is why it's on this list.

4. Campbell Falls (Camp Creek State Park)
Another waterfall that you can drive right up to (or, if the road is gated, you might have to walk the last 3/10ths of a mile) is Campbell Falls in Camp Creek State Park. 5. Upper Falls of Hills Creek (Hillsboro)
There are three waterfalls on the trail at Hills Creek, but only the first one is truly "easy access" along a handicap-accessible boardwalk. The successive two are worth seeing as well but require climbing multiple flights of stairs to reach. It's an easy-access waterfall in West Virginia that you can't pass up!
6. Pipestem Falls (Pipestem)
