Texas’ Beloved Zoo Lights Is Back And Better Than Ever This Holiday Season
Houston Zoo's Zoo Lights event features millions of lights, new displays, and festive activities for visitors.
Each holiday season, the Houston Zoo comes alive in a dazzling spectacle of Christmas cheer. Zoo Lights is back and better than ever, with never-before-seen displays that’ll have you feeling holly and jolly in no time.
One of Houston's most anticipated holiday events, Zoo Lights is back and better than ever this season.
Nightly through January 10, guests can sip hot chocolate and marvel at the millions of lights adorning the Houston Zoo grounds.
Stroll through iconic displays from years past, along with several new additions like the 125-foot-long Infinity Tunnel of Light.
Take selfies on a giant ice throne, meet Candy the Zoo Lights Zebra, and experience snow right here in Space City!
Despite the animals being snug in their beds during Zoo Lights, you're in for a wild adventure. From a 4-D enchanted forest full of dragons to an African savanna, there are critters everywhere you look.
Before heading out, don't forget to stop by Santa's Workshop for a socially distanced photo. He can't wait to hear what the kiddos want for Christmas!
Zoo Lights takes place from 5:30 p.m. until 10:30 p.m. nightly through January 10. The last entry is at 9:30 p.m.

Houston, TX 77030. General admission ranges from $12.95-$25.90 depending on the date you attend. Infants under two get in free, and members receive a $3 discount. Tickets are only available online.
