The Unique Park Everyone In Texas Should Visit At Least Once
I'm sure a lot of y'all have been to the Natural Bridge Caverns in San Antonio, but did you know there's a wildlife refuge right next door? This sanctuary is home to many endangered exotic animals, and you get to drive through it and feed them out of your own hand! It's a truly unforgettable experience and I highly recommend that everyone do it at least once.
This is more than just a wildlife sanctuary - it's a chance to get up close and personal with some of nature's most exotic beings.
You get to drive right through the habitat of deer, lemurs, kangaroos, ostriches, rhinos, camels, zebras, and giraffes.
Pellets for feeding the animals out of your own hand are provided at the start of your safari...
...and trust me, they'll do anything they can to get their hands (or mouths, I should say) on some.
Prices range from $13.50 to $22 - a fair sum considering the sheer amount of majestic beauty you'll get to see.
So the next time you're in the hill country and want something new and different to do, pay a visit to the Natural Bridge Wildlife Ranch.
To get there, take exit 175 off Interstate 35 and head west on Natural Bridge Caverns Road for 7 miles. Have fun!
