What Was Photographed At Night In Tennessee Is Almost Unbelievable

We all know that Tennessee is a solidly gorgeous place in the daytime, but what about at night? It takes up half of the allotted hours in a day, so it really shouldn't be falling by the wayside. We've taken a look at the whole of the state - at night - and found some neat urban shots that are sure to get that jaw on the floor.

12) This night shot from the Opryland Hotel makes the entire place look magical.

If you ever have the chance to stay at this Nashville hotel spot, you simply can't pass it up.

11) The trolley station in Memphis looks pretty cool when the lights are low.

The long exposure here is right on point.

10) The Orpheum Theater is said to be haunted...there's quite a story, here.

You HAVE to research the little girl ghost that haunts the Orpheum Theater halls. The story is quite...haunting, if we may.

9) The Chattanooga Southern Belle looks beautiful across the river.

The light on the river keeps us staring - we just can't tear our eyes away from how lovely this is.

8) The Nashville fireworks show on the Fourth of July consistently make it to the best in the country.

We came in at #2 last year - just behind New York.

7) Creepy...this shot is of the Tennessee State Prison in West Nashville.

Old Sparky was kept here until the prison shut its doors in 1992.

6) Brent Moore caught this beautiful shot of the Henley Street Bridge in Knoxville.

It looks like Christmas in the river - what a sweet shot.

5) That southern night sky.

Romantic, anyone? We'd fall in love/get married/get engaged under that sky. Maybe not exactly in that order, but to each their own.
