The trail starts at Spearfish Canyon Lodge.

...and across a bridge.

The trail is rated ADA-Accessible.

It's perfect for folks of all ages - from the youngest child to great-grandma!

Roughlock falls are gorgeous, and the overlook gets you right up close to this natural wonder.

Along the way, you'll see plenty of wildlife.

Keep an eye out for the American Dipper, a rare bird that can both swim and walk underwater.

The Roughlock Falls State Nature Area is the perfect place to spend an entire day.

Amenities include picnic areas and vault toilets. It's a day-use area only.
