The Fort Buford State Historic Site near Williston, North Dakota is so much more than just an old fort.

The entire historic site is viewable by a boardwalk trail, one of the only ones in North Dakota.

Many of these buildings pre-date North Dakota's statehood by more than a decade! They're all accessible by the unique boardwalk.
