Greenacre Park has three levels and is centered around a truly astounding, 25-foot-high waterfall that was created by sculpting large granite blocks. And that’s not the only water! There is also a small waterfall on a granite-faced wall near the entrance of the park.

The park also has a central area comprised of twelve honey locust trees, russet brick paving, and seating areas that feature movable tables and chairs. There’s even an outdoor cafe.

Greenacre Park is on the National Register of Historic Places and has gotten awards for its design concept.

The park opened in 1971 and was created by the Greenacre Foundation, who owns and keeps up the site. The Greenacre Foundation was created by Abby Rockefeller Mauzé.

The park is open from eight in the morning to six in the evening, seven days a week.
