While some indoor exhibits are currently closed, The Wild Center is still an ideal spot for exploration, learning about the region on guided tours and even canoe trips on the lake.

There's no better time than the fall to admire the Adirondacks from the Wild Center's Wild Walk, which features a four-story treehouse and rope bridges.

Come winter, check out the James C. Frenette Recreational Trails, a series of skiing and snowshoeing trails that connect the Tupper Lake Golf Club to the Tupper Lake Ski Area.
