The Merrill Creek Reservoir Perimeter Trail is located on the Merrill Creek Reservoir near Stewartsville, New Jersey. It is a trail that will show you forests, a lake, and wildlife. While it is a 5.2-mile hike, it is rated as easy and good for many skill levels. As you hike around the Reservoir, you'll be immersed in a different side of the state.
From sunrise to sunset, the outdoor areas at the Reservoir are open for exploring.
The most popular way to experience the outdoors here is on the trail.
If you go in the later months of the year, you may see some ice along the way.
