Follow The Outline Of A Lake Into Paradise On The Holland Lake And Falls Trail In Montana’s Flathead National Forest

For a relatively easy hike with show-stopping views at the top, check out the 3.3-mile Holland Lake and Falls Trail. Not only is it fairly simple to find, but it's also packed with stunning scenery.

The Holland Lake and Falls Trail is located in Flathead National Forest, near the town of Condon.

It's considered a fairly easy hike, although you should still allow a few hours to complete it since you'll want to stop and take in the views.

The majority of the trail outlines the shoreline of Holland Lake.

Holland Lake sits at the base of the Swan Range and it's a visual delight.

You'll start at the junction of East Holland Lake Connector, which is located close to the parking lot.

From there, the trail stretches about 1.6 miles with an easy elevation of 750 feet.

Before you know it, you'll reach the enchanting Holland Falls.

The 50-foot waterfall is impressive, and the mist feels fantastic on your face on a warm summer day.

When you reach the falls, you'll also reach the halfway point of the hike, which is where you'll find the best views.

The view of the lake with the snow-capped mountains in the distance is simply incredible.

Holland Lake is a popular place for fishing and camping, so you probably won't have the trail to yourself. It's still worth it.
