A Visit To This Mississippi Christmas Farm Is Sure To Get You Into The Holiday Spirit

Lazy Acres Farm offers a memorable Christmas experience with tree cutting, light displays, and holiday activities.

This time of year, Christmas tree lots start popping up all over the state. And sure, you could get a tree from one of these lots, but if you really want to make a memorable experience out of it, consider paying a visit to Lazy Acres Farm. The farm features fields of beautiful Christmas trees, but that’s not all. There’s also an incredible light display, which includes "Mississippi’s largest hand painted nativity scene," as well as other holiday fun, including breakfast with Santa. Take a look:

In business since 1980, Lazy Acres Farm is a Christmas tree plantation that’s located just a few miles north of the small town of Chunky.

The farm produces Leyland cypress, Carolina Sapphire, and Frazer fir. You can chop down your own tree with the provided saw, or have someone at the farm cut it down for you.

Much more than a place to buy a Christmas tree, the farm has been dubbed "Mississippi's best Christmas experience."

And that's because beginning on Thanksgiving, the farm transforms into a holiday wonderland thanks to thousands of sparkling lights and...

...festive scenes, which include "Mississippi's largest hand painted nativity."

Drive through the incredible display or hop aboard the farm’s wagon, so you can kick back while taking in the twinkling lights and décor.

Be sure to have your camera ready, though, because you never know what beloved character will make an appearance

For an extra special treat, visit the farm on December 8th, and you can have breakfast with Santa himself!

Following a hearty breakfast, kid’s can sit on Santa’s lap and share their Christmas wishes. Seating is limited so tickets for the breakfast must be purchased in advance. To buy tickets, click here.
